• We have 2 separate locations. Our Collective and Springs studios are at 1100 Broadway on the corner of E. Jones and Broadway and our Freddy studio is at 154 Fredericksburg Rd.

  • Click the “book now” link above to request a rental. Our studio manager will reach out with a contract and once it’s signed and the deposit is paid your rental will be confirmed.

  • Eleven Hundred Collective is our bigger studio, it’s 1500 sq feet and has a 16’ white cyclorama wall with all west facing windows and is setup for bigger productions.

    Eleven Hundred Springs is 1000 sq feet and has multiple looks inside along with south and west facing windows.

    Eleven Hundred Freddy is 1000 sq feet and has a kitchen and en-suite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a wood ceiling and beautiful concrete floors.

  • Collective & Springs -
    There is free street parking in front of the building along E Jones, on Alamo St by Maverick Dog Park or under the bridge towards Austin St.

    Freddy -
    There is street parking along N. Comal and across the street in the gravel lot.

  • For harder, warm lighting from the six west facing windows overlooking Broadway St, we recommend to rent in the late afternoon/evening.

    For softer, cool lighting, we recommend to rent in the morning.

  • Sadly, no. There are two flights of stairs that lead up to our studio space.

  • Yes. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit due when you book the studio.

  • Yes! Please reach out for special event rates.

  • Calls, texts, and emails received outside of regular office hours (9am-6pm Monday through Friday) will be answered by noon the next business day.

  • For any rentals outside of our normal rental hours, 8am-8 pm, please contact our studio manager.
