    It’s 1,000 sq foot on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Freddy has floor-to-ceiling southwest facing windows and the most beautiful light all day long.

  • Monday-Friday - $60/hour
    Half Day (6 hours) - $300
    Full Day (12 hours) - $600

    Saturday-Sunday - $85/hour
    Half Day (6 hours) - $425
    Full Day (12 hours) - $850

    *2 hour minimum for all rentals
